Returns Policy

• We offer a 60-day guarantee on all orders within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free for all orders at any of our Return Bars and drop-off locations. Returns by mail will have a $3 return shipping fee. Please feel free to reach out to help@nuuds.com if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to help!  
• To see locations available for drop off, initiate your return and select “Drop Off.” 
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.  
• Products marketed as Final Sale cannot be returned.

How To Send in your Return/Exchange 

 In person with Happy Returns  

• Find a location near you. Thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide.  
• Box-free, label-free contact-free. 
• Refunds issued within 24 hours may take 3-5 business days to post to your banking institution.  
• If a non-eligible item is dropped off with your products, please allow an additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.  

 Via Mail  

• Package item(s) at home. 
• $3 return label will be provided.

 Refunds 

• Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days.  

Exceptions 

• In the event that you have mistakenly returned an item to nuuds that was not purchased from nuuds, please contact help@nuuds.com via email as soon as possible. While we will attempt to assist you with locating and recovering the non-nuuds item, nuuds cannot be held responsible for replacing, returning or otherwise compensating you for an non-nuuds items that you may have accidentally sent to nuuds.  

Holiday Return Policy

• All orders purchased between November 17th through December 31st may be returned up until January 15th, 2024.
• Products must be returned or exchanged unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.
• Products marketed as Final Sale cannot be returned.

International Orders

• All orders $200+ qualify for free shipping 

We offer two shipping options: 

• Standard $7
• Air $20

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order. 

Returns 

• We offer a 14-day guarantee on all orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns by mail will have a $15 return shipping fee. Please feel free to reach out to help@nuuds.com if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to help!  
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.  
• Products marketed as Sale and Final Sale cannot be returned.

Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A Shipping Label will be emailed to you. Send back the returned goods via DHL. Please note, the returns labels expire within 10 days if unused.  

Prepaid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.  

Gift Cards 

Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not supported for international customers. If you have an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please reach out to help@nuuds.com.
