What happens when a product sells out?

What is your size range?

Our Men’s sizes range from S to XXXL, and our Women’s sizes range from XS to XXXL. These ranges are based on US sizing.

Are your products true to size?

Yes, while we designed our products to fit real bodies, we made sure they still met the size standards we are all used to. If you are having trouble deciding your perfect size, feel free to email help@nuuds.com and they can help you with all things style and sizing!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We offer E-Gift cards! Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, our gift cards are the perfect gift! They can be used to shop exclusively on nuuds.com.  

Purchases of E-Gift Cards are not supported for international customers. If you have an E-Gift Card that you would like to redeem, please reach out to help@nuuds.com.  

What materials do you use?

We take our materials seriously, because honestly nobody wants bad nuuds. We sourced yarns and materials from around the world that meet strict quality standards. From long soft staple cottons with some added stretch for comfort, to beautiful blends and toning fabrics with nylons. How should I care for my nuuds?

To give your nuuds proper love, please read the care label in the garment. It’s safe to say that for now, all products are safe to machine wash on gentle & tumble dry on low. We prefer to air dry our nuuds, but the choice is yours. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to help@nuuds.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to now offer international shipping. Please check out our international shipping and returns policy for any questions you may have. If you need further help, please contact help@nuuds.com!

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order further.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We offer three shipping options: 1-Day Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, and Economy Shipping. For Economy Shipping, please allow up to 5 business days from when your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer three shipping rates on all orders: Economy Shipping at $7, Express Shipping at $20 and Priority Shipping at $30. All orders $150+ ship for free via economy shipping.

How long will it take to ship my order from the international collection?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from order date for your order to be packaged and shipped out. All non international collection items will ship separately within 2-4 business days from order date

Need to receive your order by Christmas?

Order by 12pm CT on December 17th for Economy Shipping.

Order by 12pm CT on December 20th for 2-Day Shipping.

Order by 12pm CT on December 22nd for 1-Day Shipping.

What is the Holiday Return Policy?

Orders placed now until December 15th can be returned by January 15th, 2025.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return Bars are free for all orders at any of our Return Bars and drop-off locations. Returns by mail will have a $3 return shipping fee.

We offer a 60-day guarantee on all orders within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free for all orders at any of our Return Bars and drop-off locations. Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are offering exchanges for the same item within 60 days from delivery. Exchanges are only accepted for items in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and process your return you will receive a refund of the outstanding balance to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days. 

If returning at a Return Bar, your refund will be initiated immediately but can take 3-5 business days to post to your account. 

How does store credit work?

Upon completing your return through our returns page, you will receive an instant credit code. You may use this code towards future purchases on our website upon checkout. Once we receive shipping confirmation of your return from the carrier, the outstanding balance of your instant credit will be refunded through the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days.

Do I need a box and shipping label to return in-person?  

No! For Happy Returns, just bring the items you’re returning or exchanging – and your QR code. Please note: you will need the clear bag your nuuds come wrapped in to process the return at all Happy Returns locations. If you no longer have the clear bag, you will need to return it by mail and will be charged $3.

What payment options do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Sezzle, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How do I track my order?

Upon shipment, you can track your order with the link provided in the email confirmation. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.

My package is lost, what should I do?

Please contact help@nuuds.com if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier, and we would be happy to assist!

INTERNATIONAL

Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?  

Yes! We are now offering international shipping. To see which countries we ship to please select the country switcher dropdown and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?  

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. 

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland,  Australia, and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. 

For all other countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties and taxes.
